On June 25, 2024 took place the opening of the DesignIS exhibition hosted by the art gallery inside the Amazon Iași headquarters . The exhibition “DesignIS” created by the Design Specialization within the Faculty of Visual Arts and Design,  brings together nine of the most recent works of students from the Bachelor’s and Master’s cycles. They were inaugurated in the presence of the Amazon Iași team, coordinated by General Manager Cristian Josan and the teaching staff of the Design Specialization Iași, together with the students.

The design of Iași, which is in continuous dynamics and expansion, an aspect reflected by specialists employed in renowned companies locally, nationally and internationally, by students and graduates of the Design Specialization Iași, winners of some of the most famous specialized competitions, stands out for its own identity well outlined on all three levels studied academically: Environmental Design, Graphic Design, Production Design. The “DesignIS” exhibition emphasizes the multidisciplinary character of design through a wide thematic variety and is an invitation to discover and reflect on the role of the designer in society in order to increase the quality of life for all.

The “DesignIS” exhibition can be viewed until October at the art gallery inside the Amazon Iași headquarters, Str. Sf. Andrei, nr. 39A, Palas Campus (ground floor).
